You either need to do the work on your own , in other words dedicate your valuable time to keeping an eye on your Virtual Private Server, or else you have to find a third–party solution whose sole duty will be to keep an eye on your VPS server. And this is where our Managed Services solution will help you out. Thanks to it, your virtual server will be included in our custom monitoring software system, which will monitor all the key services. And in the event of a service crash, our skilled server admins will be warned straight away and they will rectify the trouble as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of all your data is important – you never know when something can go wrong. And using our Managed Services offer, you can enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you needing to set up and configure anything. Furthermore all the backup copies are retained on a server with numerous RAID–configured disk drives. This means that your data will always be safe and sound, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Server, you have absolute freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. Yet, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and may require some additional setup on your part. This is when our Managed Services deal will come in real handy. It features 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – it means that you’ll be able to literally employ one of our trained server admins for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any software app that you want. And/or have him rectify a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
