A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We will move your site(s) to our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can result in lost info and undesired network downtime. This is why we will do all that for you at no cost!We have highly professional administrators whose only task is to make certain that your site performs exactly as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on famous apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time window, because there are many factors, among them the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to transfer your site within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (in case the website content is not very large).

A: We will need the login details for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Nope. Aside from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we do not need anything. We will never contact your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: Yes. We support all traditional Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, since we don’t provide Windows hosting services ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary web site creation and management interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
